Policies 

Office Hours:  9:00 am  - 9:00 pm

Check In:  time is guaranteed by 2 pm. Please feel free to come by the office anytime after 9 am and if the cabin is ready you may check in early.  Late Arrivals If you plan to arrive after 9:00 pm you will need to contact us prior to your arrival to make arrangements for a late check in. (Please make sure to contact us prior to 9pm on your arrival date)
 

Check Out:  time is 11am. If you are having a good time or just want to sleep in you may want to take advantage of our Late Check Out option. If your cabin is available you can stay up to 5pm for an additional $30-$50 (Please inquire upon arrival)

Reservations are recommended.  We require a valid Visa, Master Card or Discover.  If you do not have one of these cards we will accept a check or money order to be received within 5 days of booking.

·                 Holiday & special event weekends may require a minimum night stay & deposit

Payment: is due in full upon arrival.   We accept Visa, M/C, Discover, Travelers checks or cash.

For the Christmas holiday season we require a 50% non-refundable deposit in the form of check or money order to be received within 5 days of booking. 

Cancellations:  We require 14 days cancellation notice. Cancellations made within the 14 days will be charged a minimum of 1 night & are subject to all other nights the cabin is not re-rented.  Cancellations outside of the cancellation time frame will be charged a $35 administration fee. 

Holidays & Special Event weekends require 30 days notice. 

For Christmas holidays we require a 50% non-refundable deposit due at time of reservation. 

No refund for early check out 

Group Rentals:  Rentals of 2 or more cabins will require a 50% deposit and 30 day cancellation notice.

Smoking: All cabins are non-smoking (we have comfortable porches outside.)

Pets are welcome in all cabins with prior approval.  We have a $10 charge per pet/per visit.
